Put your complaint in writing - I think you can do it online but I've not been with BT for several years. If necessary you can then go to Ofcom (see the MSE Resolver page) but hopefully it won't be.0

sorry, deleted it before i saw replies, spoke to a lovely lady who agreed with me and made a note that the other dept may need training on certain matters
