    Dimplex/Creda are the way to go. Quantum (if you have the money) is the best you can get from storage heating.

    Not sure I would bother with the bedroom though (unless you use it all day long), just get a direct heater and put it on a bit before bed.

    I suggest you step back and ponder - do some lateral thinking. Before expending on the heaters could you upgrade your insulation, your thermal mass, your air flow and your draft losses? I followed this type of approach and ended up making my home one large storage radiator - the heat is stored in the fabric of the house. This means the heat source is just a number of small oil filled radiators running on Economy7. The rads are good quality with guarantees and a long life (De Longhi). It may not look pretty, but it is cheap and simple.
