Hi folks,
So this is bamboozling me.
I'm going to the States on holiday and have a bunch of Euro in cash.
What would be the best and most economical move - change Euro or Pounds for dollars?
thanks in advance

Change your Euro's into dollars. You've already a 'profit' by holding euros, presumably from a time before the pound dropped against the euro.Legal team on standby0

But wait until you're in USA before changing your euros to dollars - if you try to do it here they will be changed into pounds first so it will cost you on the exchange rate twice.Evolution, not revolution0

great thanks - I was not aware that I couldn't just switch Euro straight to US Dollars here in the UK -0
