It sounds irritating, just find the organiser and ask if she can't switch it up a bit. To find the organiser, as it's so regular, step outside 10 mins before it all starts and look and ask. 5 minute chat is all that's needed.

You could block the pavement every Tuesday, paint the front door one week, wash the windows another, bring boxes into the house from your car.

Well, if there is a lot of motivational yelling going on, speak to the person doing the yelling, as they are presumably the trainer / run leader.

First call is talk to the yeller as he's organising the whole thing and ask if they could switch venues each week. Failing that a wheelie bin blocking the pavement or something else to make them run in the road or the other side of the street would seem your only option.

Oh good grief, 1 hour a week? So for the other 167 hours per week, life is good?

    I don't sit in my house 167 hours a week so I wouldn't know.
