Thanks to Redx and everyone on this forum. I recieved an email from POPLA saying that APCOA did not even challenge the appeal so the fine has been cancelled but still not appealled the other as they told me that is was to late so if I have to go to to court so be it I have all the info they sent and the popla email but I don't think I will be hearing from them again

Was this second one an appeal to apcoa or PoPLA? Either way, the UK Government says alternative dispute resolution must be made available for up to a year, so there is nothing stopping you from making a late appeal, adding that,

Changes in EU law last year say that appeals should be allowed (Alternative Dispute Resolution) for up to a year.

"It is the will of Parliament, as a result of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, that ADRs must imminently be made available for not less than a year."

Totally predictable - any decent POPLA appeal and they scurry away.

Again, totally predictable - they won't go near a court! Pushing 200,000 tickets in 2.5 years and not a single court appearance. I wouldn't be losing sleep in your shoes! :)

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
