You just work through the whole process. The PPC calls the shots until:

1. The landholder cancels the charge and tells the PPC - best option
2. The PPC cancels - no chance
3. The IAS cancels the charge by upholding an appeal - very little chance
4. It's taken to court where a Judge decides the outcome in your favour - but so much depends on how good your defence is and how well they make their case. An unpredictable lottery.
