    But, all sounds like jam tomorrow.

    What about my wasted time and ruined listing, and compensation for it?
    I need instant gratification.

    I idea of bidding, is that you want to win the item, so when you win, you pay up.
    Or is that too simplistic.

    There is no way that can be enforced though. I go to real auctions a lot and even there the amount of unpaid items can really mount up, all the auctioneer can do is refuse to accept bids from that person at future auctions- but they don't actually physically restrain them and use their debit card to take payment. We all know what we would want to happen, but real life doesn't always allow for that.

    I used to go to one auction house that took a deposit against the bidding paddle, but understand that they did face some legal issues when they tried to keep the deposit against unpaid goods .

    I don't get any unpaid at all on my business account for the simple reason I have them all set up as BIN with immediate payment required- have you considered that as an option?
