Small Planet Current Strategy? Which firm got a court order to seize plane?

I experienced a 24 hour + total journey flying back from Corfu to Manchester. Flight cancelled then forced us after just a few hours in a hotel to fly back via Gawick and then onward coaches did not turn up!
I've noted a few similar horrendous delays since I've returned home on 19th July instead of 18th July. I lost the article, I think in the Manchester Evening News website, where a law firm was featured stating they obtained a court order to seize a plane on landing and this forced Small Planet to wire the money through. I'm thinking the normal processes for this Lithuanian airline will be pointless as they apparently shut EU offices to make action against them harder. I'd like to track that law firm down as they have good successful experience and hopefully they will will do no win no fee.
Any one any ideas of the law firm or specific successful experience of claiming against Small Planet Airlines? I know there will be loads who have had no success and hopefully answers on this thread can help us all?
Many thanks!

The firm was Bott & Co and there are plenty of links if you just Google. In particular Kevin Clarke (their aviation lawyer) was on North West Tonight evening news on 02/08/16 speaking specifically regarding the Small Planet delay.
Please do not open individual threads relating to Small Planet - there are enough already. Recently delayed passengers appear to be having more luck claiming against them .... some without the need to resort to a NWNF. Read Vauban's Guide before deciding upon which way you pursue SP.0 -
Really really helpful and good advice. Thank you 111KAB!0
