I'm pretty sure I am going to get one for my own car as I picked my gf parked in the same spot waiting for around 20 minutes In the same weeks I parked the van there. Should I just ignore the one for my own vehicle bearing in mind I don't live at the address the car is registered to either as I still haven't updated my license since moving out?0

Like you say depends how far he is willing to go before he passed the buck. Just anxious of how much more it is gonna cost if it comes to a court case if not paid. If it comes to that I guess I will just have to pay them when the time comes. I guess I won't really hear anything more about them for a couple of months or so as you get the 21 day window to dispute ect. The worst bit is even if I did wanna pay them so I get the lower price, it's taken him over the 14 days to pick up his post to see I had the pcn's. Guess I will just have to wait and see....
Right now, if your boss owns the vehicle they will go after him. Your boss does not seem to be with it but he can pass the buck and name you as the driver, then they will go after you.
Once that happens it reverts back to the start meaning you can appeal.
As you say, just wait0 -

Again, wait and see.
Not updating your licence or registration details can result in a fine of up to £1000 ...... get it done quickly ... it's free0 -
OK, but is it even worth me trying to get out of potentially 9 for my work van though? Do I even have a case at all to get out of it? I'm more likely to get off the one for my car though am I not?0

Appeal every one of the invoices. You will probably lose and get a deeply flawed, anonymous rejection, which will flout all the rules of natural justice.
However, if they slip up and allow one of them, (they allow about 20 percent) they will, once again, show the worthlessness of the IAS. Also, it will cost the PPC money. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
