Plumbing can be changed. They should have done it right in the first place.

If you accept this you will regret it. Get them to rectify now.

Tell them to unplumb it and do it correctly. Everything is possible, they just don't want to!

I had to go hospital to take my disabled son for his appointment. I just want those cowboys out of my house now. I will give them the feedback they deserve on review site. If I didnt pay them £1500 deposit I wouldnt let them touch my bathroom after their work in kitchen. They supposed to fit a new composite front door to finish tiling kitchen and hallway as I wanted tiled upto front door but taking the step out at the front to make it flat. If I cancel that with this company, could a window fitter finish that last bit of tiling do you think? :(

No, window fitters don't do tiling. Not to a professional standard. Although you don't appear to have hired a professional tiler anyway :(

The unit should have been sat on a packer equal to the overboard material plus tile and adhesive . Floor tiling could have then just gone under the edge

It takes longer to do it the way it has been done than to do it right, it'll take them time to grinder cut around the end panels rather than score and snap cuts

I do hope they sorted the floor too prior to tiling, those boards look loose and have voids .
