Speed limits at roadworks

Near where I live there is a dual carriageway where they are doing work. I say doing work, there are roadworks, im not sure I have seen anyone there for a while. It is a 40mph zone. Today, they have extended the cones but there is only one 40mph sign up at the beginning, after that there is nothing for the duration of the…

Forgot it was a dual carriageway. Anyway, 2 miles at 70 mph takes 1m 43 s, so not a massive difference.

If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.
