When did T-Mobile remove Flext best plan checkup?
When I took out my contract with T-mobile I know that the flext plan included a check up every six months, and you would be moved to a lower tarriff if that would be a better match for you.
I rang them to find out when the check up would be and I was told that they no longer do this. This seems to be a pretty serious change to the contract in my opinion (and trading standards opinion I should add!).
Does anyone know when this change took place?

Hmm. I'd completely forgotten about that!
I'd print this off in a hurry though:

There is no doubt that they used to do the check up, the question is when can it be proved that they were still advertising it. I know from memory it was on their website and in brochures in May, but it would be really good if someone could find proof of the date it changed so they could be challenged on it.0 -
Shouldn't matter should it? They didn't tell you they'd canned it. If you want, you could probably terminate with immediate effect, no notice required. The thanks button is here to the right.
