PlusNet contract renewal

Existing customer trying to renew phone and broad band with PlusNet. Website does not say anywhere that this offer is for new customers and offers £50 cash back etc etc. On discussion with them I was told this is NOT available to existing customers - who receive a worse deal. Tried to take this up with them without success, LOYALTY DOES NOT PAY! Any thoughts?? Any better deals around?

Be aware that from 1 September 2016 PlusNet will offer call plans that also include calls to mobile numbers starting 071-075 and 077-079 on top of the usual calls to geographic numbers starting 01 and 02 and non-geographic numbers starting 03.0

Look on Quidco/TCB for a better deal elsewhere with cashback.as these two cashback sites are likely to offer higher rates than smaller cashback sites.
Always possibility that if new provider subsequently announces a price increase, could break contract and switch back to Plusnet as a new customer.:)0
