They denied my claim for a medical emergancy, the medical emergancy happened at 4pm, our flight was meant to be 12.10pm! We were delayed 4 hours before the medical emergancy. We were even talking to people on Facebook who were sat on our plane that was on the tarmac who was waiting to fly to larnaca... got all the screen shots, they told us what was happening it was a flat tyre not a heart attack...
