All good. Email received from VT advising that it will arrive within 30 days. That was far less painful than the setting up of the actual service!

How long did your broadband take to set up? Fibre or normal?

Hi guys, just to let anyone to be aware of BT fibre, took infinity and after paying connection charge and line rental upfront Ive been told that my street cabinet has been full and theres no chance to plug my household to a fibre! Proper shambles from BT, very unhappy customer, when tried to cancel that deal have been told that Im not eligible for a refund because it was special offer....
Anyone experienced something similar??
