Not in my experience! Assuming 22" wide-screen 1920x1080 SVGA monitors, the cheapest one on Amazon is not much less than £80, and we just got four second-hand ones for £60 each. And they were as rare as hens' teeth.Monitors are cheap as chips now.
Do you know a source of cheaper monitors in quantity (and no, not Ebay!)?0 -
try changing the screen resolution, if the line are still there then it is the Screen, If not it's the video/Graphics card that is on the way out.Laters
