Keep away from Wren. Worst customer service I have ever received. Such unapologetic chaotic behaviour. They do not deliver on any of their promises and have caused nothing but stress. All Ive done is project manage my iwn kitchen despite them saying they would deliver a smooth process. Worst company I have dealt with by far. I regret ever walking into that showroom.

Wren do seem to get a lot of criticism on here. We ordered a Wren kitchen about 18 months ago and everything went very smoothly - the customer service was fine too.

I guess the problem with looking at boards like this is there are only stories from people where things have gone wrong. Thats not a valid set of information to understand the overall performance of a company or the likelihood of something going wrong.
