Help with Parking Eye Popla Appeal

Then it is a court court claim form, that you cannot ignore but can defend. You will need to Acknowledge the Service online, using the password on the front of the claim form (if it isn't just a letter).

Which solicitor (or is a solicitor not mentioned?).

How much is the claim for?

And is it a court claim like that, or just a letter from the parking firm?

Thanks coupon mad but unfortunately already sent email saying i received it on 2nd and 7 days not up yet. I sent it on the 8th so it was 6 days after receipt of parking eye evidence. I cannot find any information about sending a rebuttal after the parking company send their evidence on Popla website or how long given to rebut the evidence . ?

I'm not surprised if it's not clear. That's POPLA for you...

AFAIK, it is only mentioned if POPLA email you and say they have received the evidence pack, the email tells you that you have seven days to add any comments on the Portal. But not everyone has reported getting that email and in any case, very few get the evidence pack on the same day as POPLA so the appellant is always disadvantaged.

Thanks coupon mad and no i never got an email from popla just the email containing the evidence. And not able to add anything to the portal . It is terrible that there is no consistency and the appellant is disadvantaged because of it .

No coupon mad did not get any other spam. The only email in spam was this one from popla confirming they had received my email. The only other email i got was from parking eye. with their evidence but no info regarding rebuttal of evidence etc .

They sent by email a case summary with rules and conditions, the parking charge notice , registered keeper details and liability trail, which were photos of the car entering and leaving. The original representation and notice of rejection and images and plans of the signage.

They also included an agreement? Or contract? Dated 2013 -over three years old.
" Parking Eye Ltd -supply agreement for Car Park Management -Basic."
It also said "this agreement is made on ........2013."No actual date.!
At the bottom of this agreement/contract it said "Initial Term-a period commencing on the Effective Date and Expiry after 36 months" there were blacked out areas .
The customer was stated as Abersoch Golf Club Beach Car Park Golf Road Abersoch.
There were four signatures of " Trustees"
The terms and conditions pages with the agreement/contract of which there were two were redacted so when I tried to enlarge to read they were unreadable really.
The photos of the signage were not dated except for one which was dated 3/11/2014 and the car park signage layout plan was dated 2012.
I am wondering if the contract / agreement is out of date?
Any help please in the rebuttal as Parking Eye seem to have covered everything. Thank you so much
