Britannia should not be able to get your details in this short period of time. Could you contact the DVLA (Fee paying section) and ask them who asked for your personal details and when they were sent.

Either Britannia's ban from the DVLA database has ceased or they are playing a dangerous game with the DPA.

KADOE volumes here (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/541003/kadoe-enquiries-volumes-2015-16-_-q1-2016-17.xlsx) shows they have not been able to get data for over a year.
