Wheres my credit gone?

I had about £9 or something on my phone recently and its disappeared (i've checked my outgoing calls and nothing ....) and this has happened before. Im on 02 PAYG an i dont top it up that often so i wonder if o2 has done anything to the tariff to nick my mollaa if you dont top up after a while? Is it worth phoning 02 customer service?

Yes phone customer services asap, my daughter topped up £10 next morning she only had £1 left and i called to be told it was for 3 text messages recd from ringtone king/jamster so it kinda sounds as if that could be your problem but might be best all round if you could get another sim. 02 say they can stop it but i heard stories where stop has been texted and they still come through.

Hmmm apparantly i received 5 *PREMIUM* messages at £1.50 at the same time as some call costing £3.04 (or something) im not sure if i madet that call but i could have done.

now apparantly my credit is in a minus figure dispite me being on PAYG. I should get them stopped in the next 5 days (and maybe a refund).

Incidently i've never signed up to any ringtone/wallpapers as their too full of scams and well overpriced.
