New to this sort of thing and not aversed to getting my hands dirty explaining to the other side my rights... as one well known high street electrical retailer will testify with a repaired laptop screen...

Anyway just returned from Ibiza. booked through Thomas Cook flew their "flexable Trip" line with an Eazyjet flight out of Southend . Flew out Tuesday last week and hit trouble. Drove to airport without problem and checked in all on time no worries. Sat down waiting and quickly found 17:20 flight delayed to 22:20!!!! Tech issue with Aircraft in Jersey. Waited till 22:05 when we boarded a different plane and just as doors were closing that went tech too. Luckily another plane was just arriving so we got on that departing 22:45 or thereabouts. Don`t worry the LOC will be far more detailed....

First question first, as I`d love for EJ to try and argue that 2 9 and 10 year old planes went tech due to manufacturing problem, who to lodge a claim against EJ ot Thomas Cook?
