Does anyone have any idea how much it costs for 200 Lambert and Butler if buying them on a plane coming back form Majorca?
I want to buy 200 for someone who has been doing ome work for us and my sister is going away this week and will bring them back but Ive no idea how much to give her and want to be sure to give her enough to get them.

Check the airline's website to see if they actually sell them on this route to the UK.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Tobacco products are only sold on flights outside the EU (as there is no 'duty free' on EU to EU travel) you would be best buying them in the tabac shops whilst over there..probably be around €50 for 2000

Shows how long it is since Ive flown, I thought they all sold them. Unfortunately I dont know who she is flying with and apparently she doesn't know either (going with a friend who has done the booking and has the tickets!)
Can you buy them at duty free ont he way out and bring them back again or is it better to buy over there?0 -

Does it have to be ciggies?
If not, why not find out what sort of booze the person concerned likes and see if there is a local Majorcan liqueur that they might be happy with.0 -
Yes - Tobacs are your best bet, they all charge the same so you don't need to shop around. Or you can buy at Palma airport - you will pay a few EUR more than the Tobacs, but still a significant saving compared to buying here0

It's a few years since I was in Majorca but even in the small resort I was in they had a cigarette shop that catered especially for tourists wanting to buy at Spanish prices.
Checking online you'll probably need to give her about £40 for 200.0 -

whether you buy them here or there it is the general shop price that they are sold at as "duty free' does not apply
they are likey less than half the price in Spain compared to UK
To purchase "duty free" cigarettes you need to be travelling outside the EU0 -
They're 47€ at Tabacs in resort, expect to pay 5€ more at the airport. The price is the same at all Tabacs, but some may offer random incentives to buy, anything from a free lighter to free vodka!0

Or, for some reason, in the bar of a cross-channel ferry
Only one packet at a time (presumably for use on the ferry) but plenty of people do the rounds of all the bars and cafes to get as many as they can.Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0
