HAD accident today, no injuries, but bother.

UPDATE:
Arranged to go to local station at 11am, no one there at first, then someone from station opened up for me.
Reported accident and showed video of other vehicle, Officer stated that the driver was "banged" to rights. Asked if I was able to choose whether or not I would want the driver charged in the event of denial of responsibility (which would mean that I would have to attend court in Scotland to produce my video as evidence), would I still want the matter persued. I agreed that this would be a burden so I agreed that although the Police would make the final decision, my wishes to not have to go up to attend court would be taken into consideration. The courts are very busy anyway.
Now up to my IAM insurance to deal with the other insured to sort out the fault or no fault on my insurance. I have sent the video to them, but it might be thought to be an infringement of rights or such to post it on a public arena, it clearly shows the other vehicle across the white centre line and also shows the registration plate.
We will wait and see.
