the chrome bezel either unscrews off the body completely or it unscrews a quarter turn and then pulls off. they can get a bit seized / difficult to separate over time.
aurora is a decent make stocked by many, many, electrical wholesalers. pop into one with your picture and model number and i'm sure they will be able to advise you. as a bathroom fitting it definitely doesn't just pull off, it needs to be sealed properly hence some kind of thread on the bezel.0 -
Find a lighting shop that sells them, pop in, have a discussion, ask the shop owner, buy some replacement bulbs to reward him for his trouble.0

Well with a bit of WD40, a whole load of manly prowess, and remarkably little swearing, we have managed to change the bulb. In the end no twisting was required - the chrome disc pulled off.0
