Just watch the finance rates if you aren't going to a main dealer. Citroen are doing some quite low rates at the moment and you could potencially pay more by going to a car supermarket and paying their higher interest rates.0

Agreed. Massive discounts on Citroens are the norm, as shown with drivethedeal. If they can source one for just over £10k, a £16k car will lose 50% as soon as it is driven away.0 -
Another vote for taking the £500 on the chin
If you can save £4500 or £5000 then £500 is worth losing
Unless a threat to pull out of the deal could encourage the current dealer to chop a few thousand off the car to keep the deal alive.0
