Tiscali 'all in' package and 18866

Hi all,
I was thinking of going over to the Tiscali 'all in' deal where you don't have to pay BT line rental but i was wondering if i would still be able to use 18866. i presume that if i am not paying my line rental to BT i am no longer a BT customer but as you have to have a BT line to go over to the Tiscali package i wondered if it was just a question of Tiscali picking up my line rental and my phone continuing to work as usual, in which case i would be able to use 18866. i tried looking on the 18866 FAQ's but they didn't seem to cover this sort of deal although they do talk about cable customers (which this isn't).
I would think that Tiscali wouldn't want customers using 18866 as they would effectively be paying the line rental and hoping to pick up the call charges and the charges would then be going to someone else, but i can't see that Tiscali can stop the user from calling certain numbers.
Has anyone gone over to the Tiscali package and still using 18866??
Any advice for this confused individual greatfully received.
Thanks, John

Hi
I want to bring the attention of the management of moneysaving expert and also to the readers and users about the call1866.co.uk.
On checking the international call checker, came to know that to call canada mobile cost 0 pence via 18866. Upon registration and doing a quick rate check on their website same information calls to canada landline 2 pence, and mobile 0 pence. But when made call to canada mobile it said 2pence and been charged.
So be aware of the company and also to money saving expert management not to let them advertise on your site claiming to charge 0 pence for canada mobile which they dont.
