Vodafone PAC - Have to wait 30 days?
Hey all,
Without going into detail of the terrible service I've had with Vodafone in the past few days I've got a question regarding my PAC.
Long story short they ported my number the next day after I specifically asked to cancel the transfer. I was very mad but requested a PAC to get away from Vodafone. After being cold transferred between 5 different agents on 191 I was eventually told I couldn't have one because I've been with the network for less than 30 days. With all the rubbish I went through they gave me free allowances to last me for the month, but this is not the solution that I wanted.
I can't anything on their website or terms and conditions that says I have to wait 30 days and it does seem to go against Ofcoms guidelines for being issued a PAC.
Has anybody had to deal with something similar? I've used the online WRT form but I'm interested to hear peoples opinions on this before I receive a response from them.

This is in the "Thinking of Leaving" section of Vodafone's site
"If you’re planning on taking your phone to another network, you’ll need to unlock it first. You can do this anytime, for free, if you’ve used your phone for more than 30 days by simply filling in our online form"
Note the 30 days clause.

That's referring to unlocking a phone, not a PAC.0

Went on live chat a while ago and they've now given me a PAC.
Vodafone literally don't have a clue what they're doing.0
