If so then they are BPA members & it's worth trying appeal and POPLA (as the keeper, not driver). If the TNC letter is the first letter, treat it as the NTK and send the BPA version of the forum's template first appeal from the keeper, to the address or email mentioned in the TNC 'NTK'.

Are you a leaseholder? If so, does your lease grant you quiet enjoyment of your property? If so, being harassed for £100 for a very minor human error by a company with no interest in the land may be a breach the Landlord and Tenants Acts, especially as you space may well be part of your demised property.
