BT Infinity HomeHub 6?

I took out my Infinity deal a couple of year or so ago & got the hub 5.
I was just browsing YouTube, getting annoyed by the adverts before the videos until i saw one which caught my eye - BT seem to have released or are releasing a Hub 6.
Does anyone here have one of these, are they better than the 5 & as an existing customer is there a way i can upgrade (if so, do that cost?)?

Log onto your online account, and see what they are offering you - for me, it appears under "BT Home Products" then "Hubs". We can get a Hub 6 for £50 ... I don't reckon it's worth it for us as we don't have any 'hard to reach' rooms.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Routers are limited in power by regulations so none exceed 100mw and even if they did the equipment that needs to talk back to them won't. If they take removable external antennas you may be able to get an improvement by using better antennas or with any making a reflector construction out of tin foil.
The only reliable way of extending wifi beyond a routers normal reach though, assuming it is reasonably well positioned, is to used WiFi extenders. Best to use a wired one or if that isn't practical one based on Homeplug technology.0
