I think when you are sick it can make everything worse. Perhaps you could message the one who unfriended you and say you like her and will always consider her a friend. Mention some event that was memorable/funny/sweet etc or something you like about her. It will explain how you feel and let you leave the situation on a positive note. It is then her problem, not yours.
I hope the sickness is short!Overprepare, then go with the flow.

You seem to suffer a lot with sickness, are you allergic to things or maybe IBS? Must be hellish. Hope you're feeling better now."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0

Don't worry about the old friend who unfriended you Buffster - it's her loss and life is just too short for you to give a monkey's. Hope you feel better today xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

I think it is IBS. I normally get this sort of thing when a) I eat a large three course meal or b) when I eat under stress. The last few days since I got the all clear have been a bit over whelming. I just think the heat and the big breakfast and strongly flavoured salad and pizza really didn't agree with me. I do better on small meals and loads of water - which weirdly I just don't drink on holidays. At work I have more. Here it is tea, ginger beer and not much else.
Oh and I am allergic to chilli, makes me wheeze and cough and all sorts. foul stuff.
Didn't get much done, tried to take it easy a bit but feel like there is too much to do. There is rubbish everywhere. I sorted the recycling and if I can tomorrow I am going to take some stuff to the tip - the finding a rubbish disposal company has stalled some what. I think with all the new regulations people aren't so keen.

Yep. I thought about messaging her but I really............well I know she will be a cow about it. She often used to say to me that she didn't understand why she didn't have many friends........Now I can see why!

I eventually went to visit my friend, a person I admire greatly as she has just come out of a long relationship and is at the awkward selling house staying with parents until everything is straightened out.She is very together and on it! And she is dating. I am amazed by this, I have sworn off men! they are too much aggravation and time with little to show for it in my experience. I don't miss the uncertainty or the worry. But here she is after the upheaval off to meet a guy tonight! and another one on Friday!
We had lunch and such a laugh, she just lets you speak. In fact we both just listened - no real advice, just loads of laughing. The embarrassing stories swapped and then on to shopping! Which lead to more laughter!
So a good day. I spent a far bit but hey ho!Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
I went to the dentist..................I was seeing a specialist to see if she could do more root canal on my tooth. She wasn't as...re assuring? She was really nice but didn't like the fact I was SO nervous - it surprised me actually.
So she is referring me to a dentist who will sedate me which will cost MASSES of cash.........
well 1500?
so that means it will have to come out of the ISA.
Am a bit annoyed but sort of expected it.

Buffy my husband takes a mild tranquilizer X 2 to help with his nervousness. It would certainly be a lot cheaper if this worked for you. His doctor prescribed them to him for this as he gets really panicky.Overprepare, then go with the flow.
