I am sleeping terribly at the moment, I think it is probably my leg bothering me but after two and a half hours of lying awake I gave up, got up and have a cup of tea along side me while I clear my emails.I have finally reached my limit of puzzles that I can do online!!! I have an appointment this morning to get my wounds checked and then I will look and see what I can do without pushing anything. I would love to sit outside but with an extra layer of insulation from the compression stocking I am just getting far too hot. I have the mobile phones to deal with from hoard gate so might get on with that, one is to be traded in and the others sold.I am rapidly running out of food and need to restock. I think supermarket shopping is beyond me at the moment, walking around the supermarket would be too much and I would be worried about other people potentially bumping into my leg. I have done well seeing as I haven't been shopping for 9 days. Home delivery or click and collect is probably what I need to do but I feel a little tight paying. Also I wanted to start trying to save a bit of money by going to !idl or a!di.I generally feel like I have no control over anything at the moment as my leg is dictating so much. Today I am going to try and find the positives.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

There are too many little jobs I have been putting off that are annoying me, then I get stressed out which leads me to put them off even longer so I have decided today is a day for doing them. Most can be done sitting down so I really have no excuse. The first two were to apply a discount through work to get money off my monthly bill and the second is to get cashback for my new phone. The first one didn't work as it doesn't recognise my work email address so I need to upload a payslip but I need to go into work to print that off! The second, I filled out the serial number info but the butting I need to click on is greyed out. Safe to say things aren't going very well. I am driving near to work on Monday so will pop in to sort out the payslip and then head to the closest town as that is where the closest mobile phone shop is and see if they can sort out the trade in for me.I feel I have been thwarted at the first hurdle but I will not let it beat my resolve to do things today. I have 3 old phones to try and sell, any advice on websites as I don't remember the ones I have used before. I am also going to sort through the stuff on the floor and on the desk in my spare room. Old boxes that things have arrived in...I probably won't use them but I have kept them "just in case" I need to send anything. Maybe I am a hoarder but equally the MSE in me doesn't want to get rid. Someone...please send help as I am at risk of getting nothing done!!!!MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

All paperwork sorted apart from the investment stuff as I am unsure what to keep and ditch. All my quarterly statements are online now so I guess I just need to keep the annual statements? I will have a look and see what is duplicated online and in paper form and start by getting rid of the paper copies. My shredder started complaining earlier so I am putting everything aside and I will use the industrial shredder when I pop into work on Monday.I am meeting a friend in town on Tuesday to try out a new cafe that has opened and have some company. If I am a little more mobile I will go to the mobile shop then. I will get this done!!!Seeing as my desk is pretty much sorted out I will give it a dust when I am next in there. I am not a fan of cleaning this way as I still don't feel like everything is clean but eventually all the dots will connect. Paper bin recycling is on Wednesday so I am doing well, need to sort all the boxes by then!!!!MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I managed to sort out the cashback on my phone when I went to the shop this morning. £125 and it could possibly be £127 if the company agree to pay me £2 for my old handset. Next on my list are the old phones, I don't expect to get very much for these. I will try and do these today and I need to continue with the paper and cardboard ready for recycling day tomorrow.

After not being able to do much for two weeks of my leave I am going to try and make the most of this last week. I am doing my best to try and accept that I still can't go crazy so instead I have decided to prioritise things I am capable of (at the moment) that I am unable to do while I am at work or that have been annoying me. The first things on my list are to sort out the food cupboards in my kitchen to see what is in date and what I have and my smallest bedroom. I have made a start on the food cupboards this morning and have found a lot of baking stuff that is out of date so I think a fair amount will be getting thrown out, just need to check if they are use by dates etc. I haven't done any baking for ages so might do some of that this week and see what I can use up.

Food cupboards were done fairly quickly yesterday and I pretty much finished sorting the spare room. I have a small pile of things that I am unsure what to do with. Today I would like to sort through the other cupboards I haven't done recently, it is bin day tomorrow so it would be great to fill the bin up BEFORE it is emptiedHaving to be near the house has been good for one thing...I haven't had to spend so much money on fuel for the car!!!!!MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I am getting the full £2 for my old handset
so the £127 should be in my account in the next few days. I haven't got a clue what to do with it. The MSE side of me would OP it or save it but it is so rare to have extra money at the moment that part of me would like to treat myself some how, I have no idea what though.
I have finally finished sorting all my paperwork, I have a pile of paper to shred and then it will all be done. Now I just need to keep on top of it and sort it as things come in rather than allowing it to pile up. The rest of the sorting is going well, I think I will tidy the few things that need to go where they belong before I start on the final 3 boxes. I brought these from my parents house at the beginning of the year and they have stayed in exactly the same place ever since! It is a lot of old study stuff so I will need to work out what I am keeping and they it will probably go into the loft and not come back out. They are things that might be useful at a later date though so I guess it won't help. Truthfully... is this what a hoarder says ?!?!MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Tax rebate and some expenses mean that I have an extra £500 in my pay at the end of this month. Maybe I will be sensible with that and treat myself with the £127.

My GCSE Psychology result came through this morning, I passed and far better than I thought I would with a grade 7 which is an old style A. I never got any A's the first time around! The bonus is there is money available through work for studies so I can get £175 back now I have passed. It is obviously a week for money coming my wayMFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
