If you <Go advanced> you should be able to edit the title too. It's a good idea for a thread, especially if you keep the first post up to date.
You could, perhaps, split out credit cards, debit cards and prepay options and highlight any costs too.
Tnx, done.0 -

This one is also a great option, but it's only available for those who live in the "Cumberland" area so it won't be available for many customers.0 -
True, but the Aqua Reward card offsets that by giving 0.5% cashback on purchases in foreign currency, which I don't think any of the others do.jumperabv3 wrote: »Nationwide Select CC does charge 2.5% of the amount withdrawn via ATM.
Aqua charges 3% likewise.
So these 2 cards are excellent for foreign purchases but not for ATM withdrawals.
In any event, nobody should travel without at least two or three cards, in case one is blocked, so I take some for purchases and some specifically because they don't charge at ATMs.0 -
Up to a point. The Lloyds Avios Duo cards appear in 2 versions and have different Avios earning rates:Marchitiello wrote: »The Lloyds Avios dual card (Amex MasterCard) have no foreign transaction fee and in my experience, the MasterCard exchange rate is very competitive against both other card and many Bureau du change. These cards however do carry a cash withdrawal fee- £0 annual fee; this one charges extra for non-sterling transactions
- £24 annual fee: this is the one with zero f/x charge on purchases

If you live in 'Cumberland' then overseas might be Newcastle, Manchester or Leeds!0 -

Post Office Mastercard
But you get charged for withdrawals with that card and OP specifically asked for cards with no foreign transaction fee for both purchases and ATM withdrawals.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. I loved this card for foreign cash withdrawals. However.........just this week I had it refused at foreign ATM with information that the withdrawal would exceed my daily allowance. I hadn't used it that day or for many weeks before.
I contacted Santander and was told that it was not because of that day's transaction it had been refused but because it would exceed the cash withdrawal limit of 50% of credit limit (and this is the odd bit) FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE CARD. My current balance was nil so the person did not mean for the current balance. He really did mean "lifetime" of the card.
Makes the card pointless if correct.
Does anybody in the forum or at MSE know if this is correct as I have never heard of such a thing.0
