Do not ignore them, engage with them, appeal to IAS, (you will lose but it will cost them money).
Keep the ball in play, (it costs them money), if they hire a solicitor, complain to the SRA, (it costs them money). Complain to the City Council, the CAA, TYrading Standards (but only ion writing), local Councillors, your MP.
Make life as difficult as you can for them, cost them money. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

So if you get a ticket from these guys do you have to use IAS as your ADR ???

You don't have to do anything, but if you want to appeal, IPC member companies won't use anything other than the IAS ADR system.
In order to get to an IAS appeal you have to make an initial appeal to the PPC. They would have you believe that you can't appeal outside their 3 week window. I am pointing out that the UK Government believes otherwise.
If it got to court it looks better to have made the initial appeal, and being able to say, our Government says I can appeal up to a year after the alleged event. It would then make the PPC look unreasonable for refusing it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0
