Then he should be reversing from the main road into the car park. Then when he leaves he will be driving out onto the road with better visibility.
This really should be your policy from now on considering an accident has taken place.0 -
If you have a true fleet policy, then there will not be any no claims bonus to lose. Instead the Insurers look at your claims ratio which is very roughly the premiums you have paid and the (total) value of the claims they have paid out0
