Apologies if this appears elsewhere- I haven't spotted it.
Halifax are to cease paying the £5 monthly bonus on its Clarity Reward credit card as of September.
To qualify you had to spend a minimum of £300 on it per month, and have it linked to a Halifax Reward current account with minimum £1000 monthly pay in.

Or hold an Ultimate Reward or use their switching service.
To be fair without the £5 reward it is still a decent card for foreign currency spend and even withdrawing emergency cash as there is no handling fee, just interest charged on the money borrowed until cleared off in full.0 -
Thanks, that's helpful.0 -

Apologies, I should have mentioned the other qualifying criteria - and agreed, it's a decent card regardless.0 -
Does it really affect the balance of the universe as to which thread it is posted in?
Besides the £5 reward is only payable if you BANK with the Halifax so personally why should it not be posted here?
If it really bothers people that much then take up an admin role with MSE forum site and move stuff around, you'd be in your element.0
