Yes,bank statements emails etc all stored on iPad.
Have contacted bank to ask for duplicate statement to be sent.
Really just feel stupid to have relied so much on one piece of technology.
Learnt my lesson the hard way.
What email provider do you use?. You should just be able to go to their website log in and see all your emails online.
Plus the same with online banking, just log into your banks website to see your statement's.0 -

Good point, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to access E-Mail and Personal Banking details on a publicly shared computer (like a library etc).Well any device they are using to post on this forum will also be able to access the online banking website and email website. So that shouldnt be a problem!

Thanks everyone. To get around security of public. Computer I went into bank branch.
Very helpful they allowed me to use their computer to access my e statements.
I have now telephoned insurance company who are processing my claim.
Will remember to back up info to cloud in future.
