TERMS AND CONDITONS FOR COMPETITION ENTRY

• No purchase necessary.
• Further copies of this entry form for additional entrants may be obtained from KM Group Offices or by sending a SAE to KM Group Survey, Marketing Dept, Medway House,
• Ginsbury Close, Sir Thomas Longley Road, Medway City Estate, Strood, Rochester, Kent ME2 4DU.
• Entrants must be a resident of Kent and 18 years or over.
• There is one prize of a three-night break for two in Paris in November 2007.
• The holiday is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be taken on the dates stipulated.
• The closing date for entries is midnight on October 1, 2007.
• The KM Group shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed entries.
• Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified by telephone within seven days of making the draw.
• Where any prize winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the draw date, that prize will then be passed to the first reserve prize winner drawn under independent supervision and this same rule shall apply to any subsequent winner drawn.
• The winner may be asked to take part in KM Group advertising and any relevant public relations exercise undertaken by KM Group.
• The KM Group’s decision is final.
• Employees or agents of any company within the KM Group, Headline Travel or anyone else connected with the prize draw and/or their immediate family are excluded from entry.
• The winner’s name will be available from October 31, 2007 by sending a stamped addressed envelope marked 'KM Group Survey Winner, Messenger House, New Hythe Lane, Larkfield, Aylesford, Kent ME20 6SG.
• The prize includes four-star accommodation with breakfast included, and travel to Paris by Eurostar.

Hi All,

Thats a shame too, seeing as Large Portion who are running the holiday are based in Liverpool! lol

Just as a side note, Large Portion is owned by Louis Hurst, the company so named as he isn't a 'small' man! He is also a DJ, but doesn't do any regular show anymore, but is a fill in DJ at Radio City!
