Tesco account and clubcard points?

I opened up a Tesco account a few months ago and have been using the card in various stores, but I cant see any clubcard points being added in my clubcard account.
I just checked my account to make sure I have it properly set up and it says the accounts are linked. It's been 3 months and not a single point listed on my clubcard has come from this account!
Is it usual for them to not show in the 'points detail' or has something gone wrong?

no, had exactly the same problem or so I thought, they update every few months, all myn was added on the 1st of august and ended up with £22.500

Thanks, I'll keep an eye on it then.
It's odd that they keep a record of every Tesco transaction down to the day on the statement, but cant keep up to date on the bank card!0 -
How much are you spending? Under £4 in Tesco gets nothing and under £8 elsewhere gets nothing.
My Tesco bank cards show in my online clubcard account. Are yours showing? The date last used can be inaccurate at times but they should be showing if properly linked to your clubcard account.0 -
Thanks for reminding me, I set mine all to accumulate and be paid out at Christmas, but I better check they are adding up!
Has anyone tried the airmiles trade in with tesco points? It seemed attractive but I'd rather spend my points in tesco which I would anyway and use the money I save on flights. Is this faulty logic at all?0 -

Don't know about the airmiles deal, but the partners deals are worth x3 or x4 the value of the token- very much better than spending in store. Mr T has just paid for a single ferry crossing (not enough saved for a return!!) My £40 tokens bought £120 ferrry ticket- I just had to pay the £7 difference.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

£2.50 in vouchers is worth 600 Avios. An off-peak flight from Heathrow to Rome (for example) costs 6500 Avios + £42.81 taxes/charges.Thanks for reminding me, I set mine all to accumulate and be paid out at Christmas, but I better check they are adding up!

Therefore total cost of the flight is £27.08 in vouchers plus £42.81 cash: total £69.83.
Considering the vouchers can be doubled, trebled or quadrupled at many other stores, I would suggest this works out to be quite an expensive flight.0 -
Yes I'm aware of that. I switched all my general spending to this card when I opened the account, it would be odd if I had not made a single transaction over £8 in a 4 month period. How much are you spending? Under £4 in Tesco gets nothing and under £8 elsewhere gets nothing.
Not sure where to check that, but I'll take a look. I have checked my Tesco bank account and my clubcard is shown as linked in there, but I have not checked it the other way around. My Tesco bank cards show in my online clubcard account. Are yours showing?

Found a My Cards section in the clubcard account, but it only lists the clubcard in it. I don't know if the debit card should be listed here or not, but I can't find it listed anywhere else either.
The clubcard and number are both listed in my online banking though.0 -
Give Clubcard a call and ask if the clubcard accounts have been merged properly.

Yes, that's where my Tesco Bank cards show.
I'd either try linking again via that site or give Clubcard a ring.0
