Should I just miss my flights?

I booked British Airways flights through edreams less than 24 hours ago, but now find I don't need them. I called customer service to cancel and have been told I won't get any of my £150 back and have to pay an extra £25 to cancel. Should I just miss the flights, or will I then be charged for failing to cancel? Makes no sense.

You will be able to miss your flights without further penalty. And once you have done so you should be able to claim the APD tax back from BA.
No help to you now, but for future reference, if you'd booked directly with BA, you'd have been able to cancel within 24 hours for a full refund http://www.britishairways.com/travel/askbainter/public/en_gb?p_faqid=40730 -
