The thing about using social media, is, use it cleverly , pick your battles.

I used it recently when I was nearly tearing my hair out because of inaction.
I chose the most damaging thing ( it was damaging) , and stated it simply, updating that it still hasn't been resolved.
It got things moving, but if I'd continued to add all the other errors and every little boring detail, it would just lose me credibility .

How is 'food and drink' an out of pocket expense? Presumably you would have had to have eaten and drunk whatever happened.
