Maybe jumping the gun, but something doesn't seem right with my landlady...

 Why would that be?JamesRichards wrote: »Her business is surely mine aswell if she's not being truthful to her lender about the property i rent?0 -
If she gave you problems you could have elected to have moved out sooner. Instead of that you are moving out and then intending to make an anonymous report to her mortgage lender with the sole intention of bringing problems to her door.
I have no idea why you would elect to do something so spiteful, but if you do at least have the courage to put your name to it.0 -
I have to say, though she's acted ill-advisedly I don't think she's harmed you or anyone else (I don't necessarily consider harm to a big bank to be that dreadful
), I think this is a matter to leave alone. You don't know what her life circumstances are and for all you know she needs the house back because of some crisis and the last thing she needs is being reported to her lender. 0 -
You feel aggrieved so you want to enact some petty vengeance. You don't stand to benefit from doing so, so just get on with your own life maybe? You'll be a happier person once you let the spite go too.0

OP - No-one here knows how well or badly the landlord has treated you during the tenancy. It isn't really your business, but don't let that stop you.
There's no vengeance better than petty vengeance.
