Delayed by Monarch Airlines

In 2013 we were delayed by 4 hours coming back from Madeira due to a technical fault. At the time I wrote to Monarch claiming compensation after following Martin's advice. They refused saying it wasn't covered. Like a lot of people I let it go.


Then having seen Martin's advice I wrote again (within the legal timeframe, etc.) this was Martin's advice "September 2015 ruling of The European Court of Justice which confirmed in the van der Lans v KLM case that technical problems are not "extraordinary circumstances".


I wrote in February 2016 and have not even had an acknowledgment let alone anything positive.


Any advice on what to do next, please?
