Blimey! Hope you've been collecting those banana boxes for packing.
Last time we had to do that it was ... go to Morrisons, buy 4 pints of milk, walk out with 6 or 7 banana boxes ... rinse and repeat We could have BUILT a house with the blessed things!
Great news though. I hope the new house is left spick and span for you!174 BPM >> CC Balance (0%) -£3,565.99 - Target DFD Dec 2017 >> Loan (Car) (3.1%) -£19,803.74 - Target DFD Nov 20200 -

We've got money saved, so that the removals men do the packing and the shifting over to the new place.
We only need to pack the personal and sentimental stuff, of which we have plenty of boxes0 -
Phew ... one less thing to worry about, then!174 BPM >> CC Balance (0%) -£3,565.99 - Target DFD Dec 2017 >> Loan (Car) (3.1%) -£19,803.74 - Target DFD Nov 20200

All fantastic in the Purple household, congrats to dd for her Guides, mega congrats to hubby for his promotion and payrise and wow 31st March that will be here in a minute!
I'm so pleased that all seems to be going well after such a stressful few weeks, what an exciting time.

Things change so rapidly, last conversation with the sellers EA was they're trying to get in touch with the top of the chain, they've said no to 31st March (boo!) but 6th April was mentioned by them right at the start, us three in the chain are in agreement with the 6th just need them to agree then we can go ahead.
So now we've got three weekends to declutter more stuff.
Bought some Oven Pride to blitz the oven, it does need it and can't have the buyers thinking we don't care.
Things to do this weekend:
Washing
Ironing
Kids to change their beds
Clean the oven
Clear DD's room of toys/junk
DH to clear loft - dump runs
Food inventory - try to menu plan with what we've got
Declutter kitchen cupboards - dump/charity shop
There's more to add to the list but above are the main ones.
Finances wise everything is on hold temporarily now until we move. I can then sort out a proper budget then and a way to move forward.
Right cuppa tea, shower and then on with the show! Have a great day everyone.0
