Sports direct return

I returned 4 pairs of trainers to sports direct, they have refunded 3 and said I only returned 3!! I have proof of posting and it shows the weight of the parcel on it. Ive suggested they weigh the trainers and this will prove there was 4 pairs in the parcel when I posted it. They dont seem to have a number and all contact is by email, feel Im getting nowhere! Any advice?

Card provider? And if they reject your claim, the financial ombudsman.
