Issues with BT Broadband Charges

I'm having some issues with BT Broadband charges for over limit broadband usage which I dispute. I've spoken to someone in their overseas call centre who was not very helpful, I submitted a complaint on 27th July through their website but have had no response, not even an acknowledgement, is this normal?


I've registered with BT Community in the hope that I can ask this question and escalate my complaint however, I can see no way of posting a message even though I am logged in, I got someone in my office to check this in case I was being a bit slow but they can't see any way of posting a message either.


Does anyone have any ideas?
