1. move abroad and gloat
2. live care free for a period of time and ignore debt collection letters
3. find something changes, you need to move back to the UK (eg Brexit removes your right to live/work in the EU), and your credit is burned
4. find a job where financial good standing is not a requirement
5.live on what you earn less the monthly sum paid to debt collectors following your CCJ
6. wait 6 years to be eligible for a credit card2021 GC £1365.71/ £24000 -

just another foreigner who has raped the benefits system and taken advantage of banks to eager to lend. Now off home without a care in the world.
One of the reasons I voted for brexit.
Oh and they will catch up with you, i know form experience and a €17 (yes €17) debt with Deutsche Bank in Spain from 2001. Given the effort for €17, I would love to see what they do for £9k:eek:0 -

That's rather presumptuous given the OP's nick is "Aled111" indicating that he may be Welsh!!!
[albeit ironic given that "Welsh" comes from Old English "Welisc" which in turn comes from a Germanic word meaning 'foreigner' i.e. the anglo-saxons had the damn cheek to call the welsh "foreigners" despite the fact that they were there first!]0 -
look at the level of English! Google the handle. Eastern European not Welsh.0

As you ask for advice.
As soon as you move to Germany, start taking sleeping pils so you could sleep well at night without being haunted by the debt collectors ....
You seem to underestimate what the debt collector might do ... Google it you will find a lot of stories about this ...0 -

Do not you know that most of benefit cheaters here in the UK are British born ???
Look at here for instance
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2736546/Named-shamed-Five-Britain-s-biggest-benefits-cheats-stole-4-5m-taxpayer.html
So Brexit will hardly ever solve the problem. The only way is guaranteed to work is to scrap the benefit system. You do not work, you will need to beg or you will be hungry ...
How many benefit cheaters are in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, China ??0 -
Hi, can't pay back my loan, moving abroad permanently. Whats now? Thanks for answers
What is the question?
A probable future scenario: you hear nothing for a couple of years and congratulate yourself. Then you receive a summons to your nearest court and find that with interest, court fees and the costs of tracing your new address, the amount you owe has doubled.0
