How can I tell if a seller and item is genuine

What are you looking at? Not a single one says the word fake or is clearly implying that. The first says "Fraudulent seller"which may be because of it being fake but could just be that they took their money and never sent the item.
There's one that says "Not close to what I asked for" but is that because it's fake or because seller sent entirely the wrong item? Sounds more like a wrong item sent.
The last one implies it's fake, "Out of Latvia, came from HK and now listed as LasVegas.", due to location but all they've actually said is it's not coming from where they've said. The end of that feedback is complaining about tax, not a fake product.
The wrong products could have been anything at all, they don't just sell bags.
It's clear they're not a great seller, the items are highly likely to be fake and I'd certainly never buy from them, but none of the feedback actually says fake.0 -

I actually thought the same as above. Ebay could remove feedback where the buyer claimed it is fake but could not back up their claims. However I fail to believe if the seller is selling fakes that not one feedback claiming they are fake did not get through. It seems the seller is useless at stock control.
The thing is that there are lots of ways to get goods cheaper than authorised sellers can sell them for. It does not necessarily mean they are fake.0 -
Lido is £114.99 on Radleys site. I would happily pay the extra £30 to be guaranteed a genuine bag.

I have many Radley bags and would never buy from a source like that. On the occasion I had a problem with one they collected it, repaired it and sent it back within a week.0
