    No glentoran you are wrong.

    By displaying a permit he/she would be signalling to the MA/PPC that he agrees to be bound by the PPC's perhaps onerous T&C, which probably seek to restrict his legal rights to "quiet enjoyment" of the property under the terms of the AST and various Landlord and Tenant Acts.

    If this went to court it would probably cost the PPC £££, read this

    The original poster should seriously look at some action against the management company, however into he/she gets back and provides a little more information not much else can be added to help.
