Revolut identity verification

Trying to do this at the moment,i have took picture of passport,and scanned my passport.What do i do next,as it does not seem to give you any other options after this,does it upload automatically? Any help appreciated.

Are you using the process in the 'profile' section of the app? Probably when the first image goes through, it asks for the next ones, with your face etc. If in doubt use the chat to ask, they can see any progress.

Yes using that profile section, thought it might have gave a msg saying processing.But after i have scanned e-passport nothing happens.Chat does not open up until 12pm!!

Ah yes it's weekend. I would also expect some kind of acknowledgment to appear briefly, then a request for the next photo, but I did mine a year ago and it's more sophisticated now. If it doesn't work because of your phone or something you will be able to send the photos by email.

Now all i am getting is error msg during upload,check internet connection and retry,so frustrating!!
