Are Audi Parts Expensive?
Comments
-
As above, VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda are all owned by VAG and all share common parts. This may well be a lot cheaper. For a £4.5k car, I wouldn't bother with Audi servicing and use an independent instead. As a generality, most Audi mechanical parts will be the same/very similar to those used on other VAG (VW, Skoda, Seat,) equivalent models - and sometimes buying the Skoda or Seat parts can be cheaper (but can take sometime to find out the relevant P/Ns).
OTOH, most body parts, interior trim, wheels are bespoke Audi, and so you will pay Audi prices!0 -
I'd agree - I used main dealer servicing until it hit 100k, then went independent.0

You think?
A3 platform is transverse in all engine configurations.
A4, A6, A8 platform are longitudinal.0
